Dominique has worked independently for over 15 Years.  She is retired from the hair industry as a 12-year independent successful salon owner with even more time invested in the industry as a hairstylist.  She has founded and established multiple businesses, growing a few of them to a six-figure earning.  She is a cash-buy real estate investor with multiple properties as well as an independent contractor for private and public sectors. 

Dominique is passionate about workplace moral, and advancement given her PhD studies in Business Psychology.  She offers workplace training, business coaching and consulting for Government, Private and Public Sectors.
